The firm is committed to advancing its Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy globally, bringing about a rare opportunity to join its global human resources division to lead its D&I strategies and programs in Asia Pacific.
As part of a global D&I team, this is an exciting opportunity where you will lead the execution of the D&I strategy for Asia Pacific, managing multiple global D&I programs in the region. You will identify D&I opportunities and drive programs and initiatives to influence leaders and business outcomes, employing analytics and metrics to communicate the rationale for policies and programs and measure success. You will implement firm-wide inclusion policies, programs, and processes while mitigating risks and evaluating effectiveness; ensuring D&I considerations are incorporated throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a visible role integral to the business in effectively advancing D&I goals related to talent, business and culture imperatives.
You are a dynamic and forward-looking human resources professional with relevant experience in leading Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategies and programs in Asia with progressive global companies. You have a demonstrable track record implementing high-impact solutions in large organizations. You are results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies. You are commercial and hands on, with strong influencing, communication, presentation skills and change management skills.
