Our client, a top notch Private Bank is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their APAC COO division to perform Change management. You would have the opportunity to work with a group of high calibre team members to drive new initiative for the company, such as retention strategy, regulatory project, system changes etc.Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of change management/BA experience and Training within Private Banking

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sit under the COO office, this hire is responsible for initiating any change management opportunities within the business and liaise with different stakeholders
  • Responsible for Change Impact Analysis, Training Material Preparations, Execution of Training, Provision of Support and Transition to BAU, Measurement & Evaluation, setting up booth etc.
  • execution and control of training strategy and plan, providing early life support& transition to BAU as outlined by the Change Management road map
  • Provide Walk the Floor Support to Front Office colleagues to address their concern and ensure everything is in smooth
  • Provide feedback to the other teams in APAC to ensure training/user roll out strategy and plan is in line with the user needs.
  • Involved in ad hoc projects as well as products roll out

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience within Business Management/Change Management/Transformation change within Private Banking industries
  • Experienced in providing training to the business/front office as well as prepare training materials
  • Excellent spoken and written language skills (fluent English with other Asian languages, Cantonese is a plus)
  • Able to build strong relationship with the Front Office colleagues
  • Bachelor degree in finance, business or related disciplines
