Maintain / Update the FI / NBFI client classification (incl. Pivots, client teams)

Responsibilities:

  • Account planning:
    • Maintain / Update the FI / NBFI client classification (incl. Pivots, client teams)
    • Manage the organisation and the execution of the yearly FI / NBFI budget sessions (+/-100 groups to be covered)
    • Set up and manage follow up meetings on all specific points identified during budgets, brainstorming sessions, CPS
    • Work with BA on the reliability of the data extracted in the various systems (artemis, Indixis, Nat1) to produce proper FI / NBFI activity analysis
  • NAT1
    • Liaise with the CRM project manager to confirm the system is in line with FI / NBFI focused front officer's needs (dashboards, reports, profile visibility)
    • Analyse on a regular basis the FI / NBFI activity of the platform through information provided in NAT1 (extraction of projected revenues, numbers of sales leads/transactions per FI / NBFI client, meeting intensity)
    • Assure quality and consistency in meetings, feedbacks, sales leads and pipelines entered/involving all front officers working with our FI / NBFI coverage clients / prospects
  • Commercial animation
    • Implement a proper follow-up for all meetings launched in 2016 (Roadmaps, PCP, teach-ins)
    • Focus on improving and further developing appropriate forums of discussion on key FI / NBFI subjects (client, product, region)
    • Align with key process at HO to increase the region visibility and further identify cross border opportunities (Deal of the Month / Quarter, Knowledge Management program, Market update)
    • Knowledge management: structuring, organisation and follow up of knowledge management program and product training developed in Asia: solution teach ins
    • Internal relationship: Front office sales, bankers, originators, communication, management, client service team and Commercial Management and Marketing, both APAC and global teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years working experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all internal clients (FO, MO, BO)
  • Key to have an organised approach to work and be able to prioritise keeping a transversal view of the platform key development projects
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships is a plus
  • Fluent in English
