about the team.


Reporting to the fund accounting director, you will be leading 3 fund accountants. You are expected to have strong experience and knowledge in real estate, private equities; strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills is ideal.


about the job.

  • Ensure timely and accurate fund's accounts and records.
  • Responsible for producing accurate financial reports for variuos funds, with focus of real estate.
  • Oversee production of annual statutory accounts for Funds and overseas subsidiaries
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting and tax filing deadlines of the Fund and overseas subsidiaries
  • Assist in any global projects/initiatives where necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation such as payment transactions, journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and cash flow management
  • Oversee production of annual statutory accounts for Funds and overseas subsidiaries.


skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in fund accounting.
  • Solid experience and knowledge in Real Estate fund is a must.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, interpersonal and leadership skill.
  • Good organization skills, detail oriented and work under pressure with tight deadline.
  • Self-managing and proactively prioritize his/her work.
