Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive Talent, People and Organizational Development strategy for HKEX
  • Design and deliver learning, talent, leadership curriculum and OD projects to accelerate performance improvement
  • Lead learning, talent, leadership programs and other organizational initiatives
  • Facilitate team interventions and leader conversations
  • Curate different learning paths and digital learning channels
  • Provide thought leadership in the learning, talent and leadership space
  • Consult and advise internal clients and stakeholders on talent development, performance management approaches and people strategy
  • Manage partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs, projects and initiatives
  • Ensure proper governance and compliance of staff training procedures and policies are followed by all employees
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects to support organizational development e.g staff engagement, culture initiatives

Job Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in organizational development, learning, talent and leadership practices
  • Has the passion to learn and innovate
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related disciplines, Master's degree is preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A good team player and has ability to lead projects and also not to be afraid to roll up the sleeves
  • Have a solid track record in the design, development and facilitate of an end-to- end learning, talent and leadership programs from previous firms
  • An excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential
