We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Client Service.

Principal responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and manage all aspects of Client Services function for the Area Management Office of Custody and Clearing
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of activities that facilitate delivery of premium services to all clients, leading and coordinating client engagement activities
  • Facilitate development and delivery of new products and service requirements from clients
  • Develop and maintain close working relationship and rapport with service partners like SEC, COE, and ASP Service Delivery team
  • Enhance overall profitability and ensure strict compliance with local regulations and internal group guidelines
  • Interact actively and persuasively with HSBC senior executives as well as with external market participants and regulators

  • ​University degree holder preferably in Business or IT
  • Solid experience in the custody and clearing, banking or securities industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills gained by managing a sizable team
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Creative thinker with strong process reengineering and operational skills
