Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects and operations of the System Planning Department
- Manage requests from front/back office and maintenance of trading and related systems
- Manage IT security control review and Cybersecurity/security related projects
- Ensure seamless operations of our IT infrastructure and network
- Monitor/Manage services provided by vendors for all technical areas
- Support ad hoc projects and other IT members
- Communicate with department heads and report to management accordingly
- Support regular/ad hoc reporting to headquarter in Tokyo
- Manage company policy and procedure related the System Planning Department
- Support to create/manage annual system budget
Requirements
- University degree holder in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in securities or banking industry, familiar with trading system is a must
- Knowledge on various platforms’ operating system e.g. Windows, etc.
- Knowledge on cyber-security protection and management
- Experience engaged in Equity and/or Fixed Income trading systems would be desirable, including Bloomberg and other in-house systems
- Proven experience in vendor management and track record in handling multiple projects
- Good report writing skills and strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Reliable, self-motivated, mature and good team player
