  • Drive Strategic Cost Management initiatives and facilitate its reporting in both local and regional level
  • Conduct cost and budget forecast / review / analysis for IBG COO Office
  • Formulate effective tracking mechanism of progress and deliverables of projects / initiatives of IBG COO Office and follow-up with respective teams accordingly
  • Work with various teams of IBG COO Office to track the progress of COO-related KPI Scorecard and follow up with respective teams accordingly
  • Formulate strategy in promoting Bank Culture Reform and implement effective communication plan for IBG-HK
  • Reach effective coordination with HR Learning & Talent Development and regional COO Office to rollout IBG Learning Roadmap and all related curriculum
  • Coordinate with Administration Team in carrying out BCP exercises for IBG-HK
  • Lead and take charge of ad-hoc projects for IBG and COO Office
  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant banking industry with extensive knowledge on banking and financial products
  • Experience in Corporate banking preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with relevant stakeholders to roll-out / implement effective tracking mechanism
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability for results and deliverable and Be the change agent, decisive and methodical
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong inter-personal skill to work with various product partners and strong communication, presentation and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop
