  • Assist Head of Security in developing and implementing security programmes that are consistent with the Group's mission and business plans.
  • Undertake security reviews to assess security threats, risks and vulnerabilities so as to identify appropriate protection plans to mitigate risks whilst imparting expert security advice.
  • Have a strong understanding of security polices and standards to ensure they are effectively implemented in the local context in order to safeguard people, assets and information.
  • Draft and maintain up-to-date and robust response procedures and teams for security incidents and emergencies; give strong feedback to all stakeholders if changes are required.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with local police, group compliance, audit and risk-management, functional and business control teams, build security networks with fellow security professionals, assist in building an effective security network in the bank to create a robust and proactive security aware culture.
  • Deliver security awareness and training programs
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Preference for bank security and / or law enforcement agencies background
  • Knowledge of security enforcement, control, technical and technology support especially in MNC environment
  • Good knowledge on legal and regulatory requirements of physical security and compliance principles and corporate governance practices.
  • Good compliance and risk control concept.
  • Positive working attitude
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Good report writing skills
