Company Description

Job Description

  • Work closely with Division Head to formulate strategies for facilitating business development and evaluating the effectiveness with 100+ sales
  • Lead and supervise front-line sales to achieve sales targets and assist to monitor sales performance to uplift sales productivity
  • Recruit frontline sales and drive business for I&I products and assure delivery of optimum business outcome
  • Handle complaints related matters including investigations, drafting reply letters, and collaborating with internal working parties.
  • Monitor trades, documentation and selling procedures and ensure to meet compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in sales management
  • Holder of SFC/ CIB/ HKMA licences
  • Sound knowledge of financial market, investment & insurance products, compliance and regulatory disciplines
  • Mature, self-motivated and aggressive in driving business initiatives
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua
