  • Administration of Client Adoption Council (CAC)
  • Liaison with support- internal functions of Client On-Boarding (New Client Adoption) and Client Off-Boarding
  • Review and approval of client communication, e.g. ad-hoc letters, reference letters, letters relating to system issues, internal errors
  • Prepare KYC Review Reports, Document Deficiencies Report and Outstanding Portfolio Report
  • KPI Tracking for all overdue in KYC Review, portfolio review call reports
  • Implementation of Project Mercury (Global Project on Policies and Procedures)
  • Actively contribute to partnership and sharing of best practices across the BI function regionally and globally
  • Co-ordinate the remediation of initiatives impacting client, e.g. FATCA, MIFID, LEI, CRS, Exit Accounts
  • Ad-hoc Client related projects
  • Liaise and assist front office stakeholders to solve day to day issues
    • University Graduate
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in the private banking industry; preferably with previous experience in service assistant- business management- project management roles
    • Good knowledge of regulations and familiarity with banking practices and regulatory requirements of Hong Kong
    • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and able to cope under pressure to deliver projects on time
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese; also preferably with intermediate fluency in Mandarin
    • Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point; have knowledge in building- maintaining intranet framework and Shared Point
