One of our asset management clients who located in central is seeking for an Assistant/ Human Resources Manager to join their HR department till May 2019 to support their transformation project. Contract extension will subject to the candidate performance and business need.

One of our asset management clients who located in central is seeking for an Assistant/ Human Resources Manager to join their HR department till May 2019 to support their transformation project. Contract extension will submit to the candidate performance and business need.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing payroll related administration with external payroll provider for Hong Kong and China
  • Responsible for handling the Rental Reimbursement Scheme related administration and follow up
  • Participate in organizing the staff wellness program
  • Assist in the group medical insurance (HK & China), Employees' Compensation Insurance (HK) and Travel Insurance (China) renewal
  • Liaise with different parties to obtain information for annual director remuneration reporting
  • Responsible for the whole on boarding process for new joiners and departure process for leavers
  • Prepare employment contracts, separation agreements, and all documents linked to changes in employment terms and conditions, long service awards, background check, probation completion
  • Responsible for updating HR information system on a timely basis to properly reflect staff movement, change of employment terms, new team/business structure with the objective to maintain the highest level of accuracy and data level quality
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by the HR team


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with an University degree preferably in HR, Business Administration or related subject
  • Understands the basics of the financial markets with an understanding of Asset Management an advantage
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, strong time management & organization skills
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative and confidentiality
  • Excellent PC skills (especially Word and Excel)
  • Acts in full compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, Company policies and code of conduct
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Manager
