Job Description:

This individual will be supporting the coordination of the recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure that we continue to hire the brightest candidates. He/she will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully always covered and under control. He/she will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects to support our talent team on an as needed basis.

Job responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes, providing exemplary internal and external stakeholder experience
  • Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews arrangement and feedback request, as well as collation of supporting documents
  • Coordinate the execution of offer letters and background screening processes
  • Create job postings and post on internal and external job board
  • Ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented
  • Maintain accurate data and keep candidate statuses up-to-date in our applicant tracking system
  • Help drive processes, compliance, and governance with the team.
  • Other duties, ad-hoc and special projects or initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • 5 years of experience in a coordinator / administrator role within financial services
  • Experience using ATS or equivalent systems
  • Highly organized - attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, proactive, and resourceful
  • Demonstrated client service focus
  • High-level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
