HRSS Employee Lifecycle Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Job Purpose:
The HRSS Employee Lifecycle Subject Matter Expert (SME) is delivering the service to the CSC's partners and coordinates the daily activities within the Employee Lifecycle Team; this in the context of a multi-country EMEA HR & Payroll internal standard operating model.
Job Background :
The HRSS Employee Lifecycle Team is responsible for optimizing the sustainable and cost effective availability and mobilization of appropriate people skills required to deliver the CSC's committed scope of services and at the expected level of quality. The Team is the delivery engine providing the services to the CSC's partners and customers and is providing its services in strict accordance to the processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
The team has dual role
Firstly supports daily activities with regards HR administration to Citi employees' lifecycle across EMEA countries that are already in the team's responsibility:
Daily operations / Employee Lifecycle
  • Manages effective employee lifecycle  administration for countries in team's scope
  • Plays an integral role in process improvement, desktop procedures' update and implements changes to improve efficiency for all employee lifecycle processes
  • Inputs, updates and maintains all HR related data in respective systems in a timely manner
  • Provides active support for EMEA employees, managers and HR personnel
  • Conducts transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer
  • Raises any issue in connection with Risk & Control
  • Makes sure that global processes are followed in every country in scope
  • Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures
  • Completes all tasks in connection with the organization's activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head
  • Manages daily case distribution and prioritization
Additionally the team is responsible for taking over activities from other EMEA countries
Project related tasks (Migration, right placement project between the Business, HR and HRSS)
  • Proactively supports organizational projects and maintains good relationship with stakeholders and other teams
  • Plays a crucial role in HR Simplification project from 'Due Diligence' phase to 'Go-live' phase, reviews Taxonomy, drafts the To-be processes, works with future stakeholders during the Knowledge Transfer period, makes sure that transition to Go-live phase is smooth
  • Creates and corrects process flows and desktop procedures; takes part in knowledge transfer calls and in post go-live monitoring callsand activities
  • Proactively participates in the handover activities between in-country/regional HR & HRSS
  • Works closely with the 'Continuous Improvement / Project Team', 'Payroll Admin Team', 'Recruitment & Onboarding Team' and 'Compensation and Benefit Team'

  • PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Expert;

Qualifications :
  • University level;
  • Language certifications. (English is a must)
