The Data Strategy & Information Delivery Group is part of the Wealth Management Analytics & Data Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team’s responsibility is to support Wealth Managements strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets. Key focus areas will be in support of organic growth through the digitation and delivery of investment advice; partnering with each business area by providing them the tools, expertise, and support for them to understand and analyze their own data; and to make data and analytics a differentiated capability for the firm.


· Helping various business partners articulate and test their requirements for the Next Best Action framework

· Manage governance process around testing, requirements traceability, defect documentation and script execution

· Executing ad-hoc analysis by utilizing various tools and visualization capabilities

· Developing presentations for management and key decision makers

· Liaise with Technology and Business areas to drive prioritization decisions, data requirements, implementation, testing and maintenance

· Raise data quality concerns and issues; partner with Data Quality team to assess and remediate

· Supporting the project management needs of executing on analytical projects


Required Skills:

· 2-5 years of related experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Technical field with Business/Economics background or vice versa

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good organizational skills

· UAT testing experience

· Strong client & stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills

· Experience in data/business analytics

· Project management background

· Background in the Financial Services Industry
