  • Global Marketing is focused on developing on a Digital Marketing Services team that will provide the expertise and tools required to standardize and improve the results of digitally based buyer engagement tactics. The Digital Publishing Manager is responsible for defining best-in-class templates for these activities and coordinating their execution, to ensure consistency and alignment in approach. This individual is responsible for publishing content to all parts of the Web site, building and testing landing pages, and potentially activating content through organic and paid social tactics. Goal of the position:
    • Centralize the administration and management of web content and the web content management system Responsibilities & Tasks Include:
    • Creates and authors digital templates (e.g. web, email, display ads)
    • Creates and authors microsites and landing pages
    • Manage dynamic targeting rules of content, messaging and offers - including using techniques like progressive profiling
    • Optimize user experiences to drive efficiencies and improve demand performance through specialized skills in A/B testing, activity tracking and analytics
    • Administer system / content workflows
    • Administer user access and privileges with the web content management system
    • Manage Global Marketing Intranetsite using office 365
    • Work closely with IT team to do full regression testing where there is upgrade/change.
    • Understand different component templates that are in AEM to build test pages according to the clients requirements. Job Requirements:
    • Perform System Administration functions on CMS systems
    • Build out content pages, components on implemented templates.
    • System testing & validation; includes writing use cases and test plans.
    • Facilitating and participating in UAT within CMS team and with platform stakeholders.
    • Troubleshooting gaps in systems outputs
    • Troubleshooting system performance issues
    • Training others to properly use the system
    • Overcoming obstacles and barriers to implementation progress Education and Experience:
    • Stay current with applicable technologies, conducts training as required
    • Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Skills required:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Content management system (CMS) -Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred
    • Good knowledge on Sharepoint 365
    • Good to have knowledge on brighcov tool.
