DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW

The Business Partner Solutions team in Bangalore is responsible for providing operational support to global Business Partner teams across the talent cycle. They are also responsible for data/system maintenance and reporting/analytics support.
The individual should have sound knowledge in HR Shared Services and related best practices. The role is also required to provide directions and guidance to the team in managing the operational challenges and developing and executing a sound operational strategy for our processes. As a team lead, the individual is responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create/strengthen constructive relationships with key divisional and process stakeholders through engagement, execution, process improvement or new service offerings.
  • Transition new processes from partner group i.e. develop transition plan, processes design, identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery through project planning, work allocation and resource deployment; liaise with the global BPs to expedite problem resolution .
  • Build capability/capacity through cross training and upskilling to deliver performance of the team .
  • Develop strong understanding of the talent life-cycle to formulate strategic operational interventions.
  • Drive change management across partner groups and develop operational metrics to measure and propagate effectiveness .
  • Expertise in automation tools including but not limited to MS Excel and MS Access, VBA, Visio / Signavio and exposure to robotics .
CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Experience - Minimum 8-12 years work experience in HR systems and operations. Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment.
  • Technical/Functional Expertise - Knowledge about HCM Systems, Excel and Risk Management methodologies and in HCM Operations / Shared Services work setup.
  • Drive & Motivation - Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently; takes necessary action without being asked; works intensely towards challenging goals; persists in the face of obstacles or setbacks .
  • People Management - Ability to motivate the team members to achieve high quality deliverable with quick turn around time. Manage team members career aspirations and coach/train them to meet the career objectives.
  • Teamwork - Ability to work across functions and regions.
  • Communications - Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Client and Business Focus - Effectively builds relationships with platform users and technology partners.
  • Project Management - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in project managements tools such as MS Project is preferable.
  • Judgment - Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, plans for contingencies .
