Interactive Operations, Sr Manager
Looking for a proficient with a Bachelor's or Master degree and 11-13 years of experience including previous experience and managing staff in Interactive & Web platform Operations, Business Analysis, Application Support with IT & Operations expertise.

Interactive Operations - Sr. Manager:
• Carry out responsibilities fairly and impartially; create and maintain an engaged work environment and ensure appropriate communications channels are in place
• Oversee management reporting and operational metrics of the team's daily, monthly, quarterly performance and trends on service delivery, working directly or through your direct reports who are leads/team leads to ensure an optimum operating model; seek internal and external stakeholder continuous feedback with the goal to continuously help the team achieve world class standards
• Manage knowledge on processes, domain, and technology throughout the team through use of best practices
• Collaborate and partner with [Interactive] Senior Managers worldwide and other SSGA business units
• Manage turn over effectively such that service delivery and team morale are not negatively impacted
• Achieve and sustain Bangalore as a Global Support hub for servicing [Interactive] clients and stakeholders
• Comply, adapt, and lead your team to meet SSGA BCP standards and operating methods
• Create a culture of continuous learning and development and develop process experts and leads within the team
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff and complete and deliver PPRs on time
• Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work, determine promotions, salary increases, bonuses and terminate employment
• Ensure self and team anticipates, monitors, actively manages and reports all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities, and own the compliance for the team to meet company standards for Risk, Ethics, Information security
• Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and role model Ethical behavior and decision making as part of our Way Ahead foundation
• Perform other duties as required
