Department Overview
The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting the branch admin for the bank as part of Network Management Center (NMC). Accountable for network break/fix across the Branch network, partnering with other technology teams to drive incident resolution and communicating impacting incidents to multiple levels of management.

***NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY::: 4 DAYS A WEEK, 2 X 12 HOURS AND 2 X 9 HOURS SHIFT. 04:30PM - 01:30AM AND 04:30PM - 04:30AM**** 4 DAYS CAN BE EITHER SUN-WED OR WED-SAT. Once assigned, the shift remains permanent

Responsibilities:

a. Troubleshoot low-mid complexity issues
b. Participate in EACO conference calls and associated bridge-lines
c. Work on tickets escalated from Tier 1 Support
d. Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Manage Incident Process
e. Escalate Trouble Tickets to next level support as needed
f. Distribute and update First Responder Communications
g. Open Change controls and emergency break-fix Change Records
h. Engage Cisco (NOS and HTTS) Support
i. Sniffer/Infinistream capture
j. Projects as assigned
k. Dispatch vendors and perform vendor escalation
l. Provide updates to team leads / Managers.

Essential Qualification:

• At least 3 years of network support experience in an operations environment.
• Understanding of basic network routing functions including BGP and OSPF
• Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages
• Good working experience in all Cisco Routers / Switches / Wireless devices; Cisco / Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers,IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding, VoIP, QoS, MPLS.
. Good Customer Service Skills

CCNP Certified
