Talent Acquisition Specialist
Specific Duties:
  • Manage the recruiting process for candidates from initial interview to offer.
  • Perform high volume telephone interviews daily
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Take an active interest in understanding State Street's different business areas in different European locations
  • Proactively work with the in-country Talent Acquisition to understand the recruitment needs and formulate recruitment plans
  • Oversee the hiring approval process to ensure the timely entry of all new roles in the applicant tracking
  • Take responsibility for driving State Street's brand in the market place
  • Driving all recruitment activities through the State Street applicant tracking system and ensuring that the local recruitment Policy is adhered to.

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Fluent English language skills. A second European language would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven interviewing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably E-Recruit (WorkDay)
- Recruitment experience in a multinational organisation as an Internal Recruiter or within a Recruitment agency, with specific focus on financial services sectors
- Experience of having recruited in a busy/demanding client environment

Level Of Education:

Degree level education (preferred)

Previous Level Of Experience:

- Equivalent work experience in a in house recruitment, agency recruiting or Human Resources environment preferable
