Job Summary & Responsibilities

? The Private Wealth Management Workflow Automation team is looking to add developers in Bengaluru as part of a global team responsible for implementing a single strategic workflow solution using an enterprise workflow platform (Camunda), Java, and React in support of Private Wealth Management Sales and Operations
? This is a diverse role working across the entire stack, both front and back end, as well as a great opportunity to leverage many of the enterprise frameworks and a ground floor opportunity to implement a new application from end to end

? Act as a hands on developer working with the team on the implementation of the strategic workflow dashboard and services
? Work across the department on the integration of other strategic systems (rules engine, document management) with the core workflow platform
? Implement a library of reusable workflow and interface components
? Liaise with functional owners and deconstruct existing infrastructure to define functional and technical requirements
? Define and implement the supporting infrastructure and team best practices

Basic Qualifications
? Strong core capability (3 ? 4 years) with object oriented programming in Java
? Experience in HTML5 / Bootstrap and JavaScript programing (Angular / React) and automated testing for web development. Experience with Mongo, Tomcat and Elastic Search
? Strong analytical and communication skills with previous experience working directly with functional teams
? Experience of technology architectures and software development lifecycle best practices, including test driven and agile methodologies
? A working knowledge of common build / test / version / deploy toolkits
? A passion for problem solving, curiosity, creativity and tenacity a must. Must hate toil.

Preferred Qualifications
? Previous experience with BPMN modeling (v2.0 and Signavio preferred), workflow engines (Camunda, JBPM) and business rules engines (Drools, Pega) are strong pluses but not required.
