FRIBS - Program Manager (GBM) _ Assistant Vice President
Finance Risk Infrastructure Business Solutions (FRIBS) is looking for seasoned Program Manager, who has experience with financial industry knowledge. Successful applicants will be meticulous, highly personable and a great mentor and leader. This role will focus on leading large application change management programs across the 3 regions. This role focuses on end to end delivery of Global Banking Modernisation efforts changes needed across business process, technology and operations to meet the due dates. Deep understanding of program and project planning, resource management, Risk and issue management, financial management and delivery against business objectives is expected. Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and required testing for systems integration projects is needed. Detailed Activities: Program Charter Update (Monthly)
: Charter describes the fundamental reason why the project exists, what we expect to accomplish, key parameters in terms of scope and time, and any major risks or dependencies. It is the first deliverable for a new project and should be signed off by the project leadership team during the Initiate phase.
PM to validate the charter monthly if it is align with project scope and time, major risk or dependencies are properly documents and update any changes from the last month and then it has to be signed off by project workstream lead. Program Heat Map (Monthly):
Heat map describes the status of individual workstream on different components like: Staff Turnover%, unfilled staff positions, FTE required, Key Person Risk, BU participation, BAU Impact, Program Critical Path, Agile Product Owner identified, Agile Product Owner Level of Experience BUAT Resources in Place, Level of BUAT experience etc.
PM to validate the charter monthly and update any changes from the last month and then it has to be reviewed by project workstream lead before confirms it to GBM global PMO. Program Participant Workstream Wise Update:
PM is to update the GBM participant list workstream wise. He has to aware or work with GBM program PMO and Workstream Project Lead to update on who are left the program and who are new addition to program. Workstream Project Plan Tasklist Update (Daily):
This is master list of all the Finance tasks to monitor which are completed, due to date, in progress, and yet to start. This list has to be up to date and should visit daily by PM. PMO to take the status update via email or calls from the task owners on regular basis and document with the latest update. Workstream RAID log Update:
Master list of all the GBM workstream RAID items (including finance). PM has to review the file on regular basis and follow up on each risk, actionable and dependencies from project/workstream items and obtain the recent updates from respective task owners. Finance Workstream Status Update Deck (Weekly):
PM to consolidate the weekly accomplishments, work-in-progress, issues, timelines (on track/off track) check, any dependencies, risk, and other open items on GBM approved power point presentation template. Before submitting to GBM program PMO, PM has to walk it through internal with Finance/FRIBS stakeholders on weekly call, mostly scheduled on Mondays every week. Bi-Weekly GBM PMO Meeting:
This meeting is on Wednesday in every two weeks. PMO to update recent updates, raise any issues, risks and dependencies so that program should aware and mitigate any kind of risks or delays on program timelines. GBM Finance Governance Meeting (Monthly):
Finance Workstream schedule this meeting monthly on GBM update to all the finance stakeholders, take feedbacks, and take necessary actions to align the program with BAU activities. Collaboration with TMO for BUAT and additional PM work:
Collaborating with FRIBS TMO to establish GBM Test Strategy PM to initiate meetings with UK (Phase 1) stakeholders to walk them through the GBM Test Strategy and acquire sign-offs. PM to initiate meeting with business to identified BUAT testers PM to work with BAs to consolidate list of test cases use for UAT/BUAT testing Other Activities:
Collaborating with FRIBS BAs and Finance Stakeholders on UAT & BUAT activities Operation Readiness Work
- Create a new operating control and governance model with a goal to increase balance sheet accuracy. Collaborate with Ops Readiness PM
