Metrics Team will be responsible for designing, producing and maintaining several metrics and MIS across IIS, USIS, AIS, IMS, US, EMEA, Asia and Canada businesses after extensive analysis and discussion with the verticals such as Transaction Services, Derivatives, Corporate Actions, Income, Directed Cash Services, Recon, Accounting, Performance and Analytics, CDM etc. A significant expectation from the team is to develop strong relationship with business and provide continuous feedback & new insights constantly from the dynamic operational environment.
The team will also be expected to implement technology solutions where possible to churn out accurate reports on time.
Metrics team will approach all the above aspects from a people, process, technology & client's perspective and would be independent to the operational space to ensure all reporting is seamless Roles and Responsibilities - Metrics Production:
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions. - Design and build technical processes to address business issues. - Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics - Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes - Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables. - Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, delivery and client services / CDM - Job Specifications:
• Graduation in Accounting or Finance • 7+ years of experience in preparing KPI/metrics reports analyzing different businesses in an organization • Good proven experience in operational effectiveness, transformation and optimization is an advantage • Ability to analyze data sets and derive meaningful insights from the same • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details • Should possess strong written and verbal communications, should be flexible to work in US hours • Knowledge of Fund Management/ Asset Management business is an added advantage • Knowledge of Analytical tools like Tableau/Spotfire/ PowerBI /QlikView is an added advantage - Profiles of different Officers:
