Business Analyst - Decison Analytics

Develop a deep knowledge of software products and solutions offered Experian
• Understand and translate the client's requirements into the specifications needed to implement software solutions
• Deliver/implement/configure software solutions for clients
• Technical Consultation with clients
• Responsible for build, test, UAT support and go live support in the software implementation project
• Co-ordinate with client's business and technical teams and provide necessary guidance
• Work closely with global and regional delivery teams
• Ensure client satisfaction at all times
• Identify areas of opportunities and improvements
• Troubleshoot problematic client orders
• Communicate effectively and cultivate professional relationships with colleagues
• Ensure compliance adherence

  • • 4.6+ years of Experience in Software Testing and has worked extensively on Banking domain
    • Strong knowledge in STLC process, Test Methodologies and Techniques
    • Proficient in different phases of testing such as Functional Testing, Regression testing, Retesting and Smoke testing
    • Experience in writing Test cases right from the scratch using requirements documents and functional specifications.
    • Understanding end user requirement and preparing screen layout, workflow, field validations documents and screen level validation.
    • Conducting beta testing/ UAT for the business requirements/functionalities and leading a team of test analysts.
    • Working on end-to-end business requirements documentation and liaising with system support teams to ensure proper and timely development and release to the clients.
    • Providing business training and information sharing sessions to transfer knowledge of business process flows to new trainees and testing teams with business expertise.
    • Involved in Defect review meetings with the development team along with end users and Senior Management.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to co-ordinate activities & work in a team environment
