We Offer
CS Trust has developed a robust data quality management framework, comprising of a governance Board. The role of the Data Quality Manager will be an integral part of this set up. In this role, the successful candidate will work in cross-functional teams to implement, monitor and analyze the data quality and ensure an efficient Data Quality Process.

We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Manager to utilise the current Data Quality Processes within our Trust Management Department globally.

Responsibilities include
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Data Quality Processes
  • Responsibility for assessing data quality improvement requests including advisory & coaching
  • Preparation of improvement change requests and presentation to Senior Management
  • Development & maintenance of control tools used to monitor Data Quality performance globally
  • Leading global Data Quality initiatives
  • Monitoring / Reporting of key lead indicators of the daily and monthly Data Quality issues
  • Performing deep dives/thematic reviews into key Data Quality metrics to understand the reasons for issues and suggest remediation actions by enhancement to existing controls
  • Preparation and presentation of various reports to Senior Management
  • Coordinating and partnering with all Trust Management Centers globally as well as the Senior Management in Zurich (Switzerland)
  • Opportunity of interacting and working cross-functional with many business partners such as Operations, Compliance and IT

You Offer
  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Information Technology or Finance
  • 5 – 8 years experience in Data Quality Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, in a multinational Bank or Financial services organization
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual as well as problem solving skills; assertiveness and persuasive power are key
  • A can-do attitude as well as a high degree of independent working approach, hands-on, self starter & willingness to perform
  • High self-motivation and delivery focus with the ability to work independently in an agile environment
  • Task & objective oriented
  • Outstanding ability to timely and optimally deliver high quality results
  • Confident & professional communication skills. Ability to present and communicate findings at all levels of the organization
  • Effective influencing & facilitation skills – collaborative sparring partner
  • Change- and transformation management experience within a global organization
  • Exposure to Quality, Process, or Project Management is a big asset
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working under pressure to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
