About You:

As a valuable member of our HR Team, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement activities, Vendor management (payments), Employee Travel assistance, handling the HRIS system, insurance coordination, and employee grievances. Good exposure to the complete Employee Life Cycle. Get high visibility to work with global HR teams and Team Managers (India). Partner with Finance and IT Dept for smooth HR delivery and employee experience.

Note: This is a 1-year contract position. We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 2 weeks. This role requires 5 days per week of work from the office.

• MBA - HR (Good Communication skills-spoken/written)
• Experience- 3 years (preferably from the IT industry)
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations & Delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.
