We Offer
  • Support the implementation & development in Oracle Service Cloud
  • Responsible for conducting feasibility analysis for potential opportunities, solutions design, testing and implementation
  • Responsibility to Manage configuration requests and enhancements, Administrator for Oracle Service Cloud
  • Product Customization by creating .Net based Agent Desktop Add-Ins, writing PHP scripts using RightNow Connect Services, creating import script to load data and perform rule based logic
  • Build custom API's or enhance existing API and perform real time integration of OSVC with other non-Oracle CX applications, implementation of new edge technologies for integration authentication
  • Integrate Service Cloud with Oracle digital assistance, Oracle Policy automation and other CS application
  • Configure Workspaces, Rules, Create new Workspaces for different teams, Changes to existing workflows
  • Expertise in Product Configuration and Business Process Implementation

You Offer

  • 5+ years of application development experience in Oracle Service Cloud
  • Hands on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud, covering the CRM, Oracle Knowledge (Advanced) and portal functionalities
  • Exposure to CPM, Custom scripts and customization to the tool
  • Hands on experience in building API’s and customizing reports to override delivered functionalities such as notifications
  • Understanding of OCI and file based integration
  • Experience in Oracle Service Cloud in implementing customer experience solutions
  • Ability to design architecture for Complex Business Processes, Evaluate Implementation Feasibility and Risks
  • Experience of managing Complex Workflows
  • System Administration & Implementation experience Oracle Service Cloud based solutions
  • Proficiency in ODA and OPA is an advantage
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
