Our client is a Global FinTech Firm, looking to hire an experienced senior professional who has strong sales and team management experience in Indonesia. This Jakarta based Country Manager role focuses on generating new business, lead sales & account management team, managing customer service, and supporting related activities across all company enterprise-level solutions.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Exceed the sales target, which is based on new business from new clients and growing an existing base of business
- Create sales strategy, lead a team of sales and relationship management team
- Develop/ maintain in-depth knowledge of the company products and solutions
- Ensures appropriate pricing strategies and plans for each product
- Take the lead for a comprehensive solution offering and identify key differentiators to make company offerings unique
You will possess:
- 8+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in Banking/FSI market
- Experience selling Integration, Data Management, Analytics or other enterprise solutions
- Good sales track record for building long-standing relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation skills and extensive experience in client-facing roles, making presentations to sophisticated, C-level individuals
- Strong English and Indonesian language skills including verbal, written, listening, and presentation
