Our client a leading Financial Service firm based in Dublin City are currently looking for a HR Business Partner with a minimum of 4 year's experience to join their team. This is a full-time 12 month contract
Be a trusted partner and advisor to the business to deliver across a range of HR deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to provide excellent HR support and expertise
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the area of responsibility to ensure roles are filled with high quality candidates and in line with budget.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment legislation through design, development and implementation of industry standard HR Policies and Procedures.
Support line managers with the absenteeism process and the performance management process to ensure it is meaningful and used effectively by both line managers and employees.
Provide advice and support to line managers and employees in the area of compensation and reward.
Contribute to the on-going development of a culture of collaboration, self-leadership and learning by supporting initiatives such as wellbeing programmes; employee surveys; employee events; and internal communications.
Collate details from exit interviews to create action plans
Experince / Skills required for the role
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role.CIPD qualified. Third level degree in Human Resources, Finance or business related discipline.
Thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation and awareness of HR best practice.
Skilled in the management of employee relations.
Experience using HR management systems - Success Factors experience an advantage.
