Location and Working Environment

• This position is 100% onsite in Tralee, Ireland.

Purpose & Scope

• Responsible for creation/maintenance of supply chain master data in global systems (SAP ECC / S/4, IBP, rfXcel) on time as requested in an implementation report, standalone request, data quality request or deactivation request. The specialist of SCM master data maintenance who is having global system knowledge and experience and familiar with Astellas data rules to secure data integrity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to understand master data management model and tools and methods to set up and maintain master data in accordance with quality standards.
• Understands the complexity of supply chain flows, and their relationship with (SCM) master data. Able to perform complex material setup and maintenance.
• Keeps track of new developments in the master data domain and uses this knowledge in the context of own work when appropriate.
• Able to participate in projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of operational (master data) processes in common ERP systems (SAP), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Able to work in a team and use knowledge and insights to improve team performance.
• Ability to contribute to development of knowledge management and data management in the area of (supply chain) master data.

Required Qualifications

• Experienced working with system Microsoft office like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access.
• Experienced working with SAP S/4 or ERP and IBP systems.
• Experienced working with RfXcel system.
