Better requires process discipline and simplification

For such a pivotal role, you will ideally have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR and possess compensation experience. You will need advanced knowledge of Excel and be comfortable analysing large data files. You will bring to the table some previous experience of developing and modifying processes and forecasting to drive efficiencies and add value. You'll stand out if you know how to use tools such as Workday or have experience with job evaluation methodologies.
