We will be looking to you to support large or multiple smaller internal client groups for various compensation programs and policies. You will partner with stakeholders cross-functionally at an individual and leadership level across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will work on complex compensation activities and related projects, both on a regional or global basis. Also, you will be completing job evaluations, undertaking market analysis using established processes, and provide recommendations for promotions, pay adjustments, bonuses, and equity.
For such a pivotal role, you will ideally have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR and possess compensation experience. You will need advanced knowledge of Excel and be comfortable analysing large data files. You will bring to the table some previous experience of developing and modifying processes and forecasting to drive efficiencies and add value. You'll stand out if you know how to use tools such as Workday or have experience with job evaluation methodologies. Join us, and let's move money for better
