A global asset manager based in Dublin are looking for a senior product implementation manager to join their Product team. Reporting directly into the Head of Product this role will involve project managing the development, launch, and management of the firm's new and existing Product lines

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Manage new fund & share class launches including supporting of new product features

 

  1. Independently lead key cross-functional, International Product projects working with multiple internal departments as well as external service providers

 

  1. Implement all initiatives concerning product management requirements (e.g. share class launches, sub-fund registrations in different jurisdiction, mergers/liquidations etc.)

 

  1. Work closely with the Product Research & Development team to provide input for feasibility analysis on new initiatives / product proposals

 

  1. Work closely with other teams within the broader Cross Border function to ensure cohesive approach to the implementation & support of all Product initiatives

 

  1. Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects; escalating to Senior Management in a timely manner as appropriate

 

Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role at an international asset manager
  • Strong track record in successfully & independently leading complex projects across functions / geographic locations to tight deadlines
  • Proven track record in navigating organizational change and delivering process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to think creatively to facilitate new initiatives/processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to build relationships
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to self-direct, work independently and proactively
