Business Analyst
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Business Analyst to provide professional business analysis services to support the organisation in project activities, typically working on small projects with no direction or medium projects & programmes under the direction of a Lead Business Analyst.

About the role
Identify business need, refine and clarify the definition of that need, and define a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business.
Business Analysis - is able to demonstrate knowledge and successful achievement in the following areas:
  • Business analysis planning and Monitoring (own work)
  • Elicitation
  • Requirements management and Communication
  • Requirements analysis
  • Process analysis and modelling
  • Solution assessment and Validation
  • Business and Market knowledge
  • Stakeholder Management
Act as a deputy for Lead Business Analyst as required

About you
You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent working experience and have an external accreditation in Business Analysis, and be:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to full change life cycle
  • Competent in the use of business analysis tools, techniques and processes
  • Familiar with project and software delivery cycles
  • Developing analytical and inter-personal skills
  • Developing influencing, negotiation and communication skills
