Who we are looking for
Client Reporting team is responsible for multiple reports of Japan Institutional Account and Investment Trust Management (ITM) funds. Timeliness and accuracy is critical in this role. This position offers an opportunity for the successful candidate who has the capability to assess accounting data, market data such as major benchmark and security information properly. The basic knowledge and experience in financial industry are needed. The candidate must have high attention to detail and effective time management for this position. As Senior Associate will
What we value
- Maintenance and reconciliation of transaction data in inhouse application / vender system
- Data download from inhouse accounting system and application / vender system / application provided by client
- Processing & review of standard report
- Processing & review of customized report based on the requirements by clients
- Control of monthly schedule
- Communication with client / other internal departments

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- To achieve timeliness and accuracy, strong critical thinking is needed
- Self-starter able to work as part of the team
- Good communication with other team member
About State Street What we do.
- Bachelor and above
- More than 3 years working experience in financial industry
- Technically skilled - Proficiency in Word, Excel and Access. Knowledge of Excel formulas is very helpful.
- Accounting knowledge at entry level is preferably
