Job Duties and Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks assigned and requests for information
  • Complete tasks such as shareholder trades, register amendments, processing of cash movements or reconciliation of cash register.
  • Ensure that all Clients/Investors correspondence is delivered within agreed timelines.
    Technical

  • Gain understanding of and complete the following tasks:-
Issuance of contract notes and statements Processing of monetary settlement, money in/out and FX process Administration of commission payments Processing of Fund distribution Units in Issue reporting and reconciliation of trades to cash Reconciliation completion and clearance Processing of register maintenance requests
  • Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks
    Communication

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with peers and managers

  • Assist colleagues in their daily workflow and additional responsibilities

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills.
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1+ year's experience in a related role desirable
