Administrative and support tasks for SME Account Development:
- Initial handling of inbound customer phone calls
- Data entry, management, and processing
- Preparation and management of documents
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
(Excel skills such as experience with pivot tables and functions are preferred) - Business-level typing speed
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy in processing tasks while adhering to relevant laws and internal policies
- Team player
- Strong sense of responsibility to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and operational rules
- Ability to analyze tasks, improve processes, and solve problems
- Native Level of Japanese language
