We Offer
Key Responsibilities
• Contributes to the positioning of CSAM products and the other investment solutions with against competitors and investment trends in the marketplace
• Contributes to the assessment, development and definition of new product ideas, existing product enhancements and capability gaps
• Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a defined group of institutional clients across a range of different asset classes
• Attends client meetings together with the sales team in capacity as main point of contact for day-to-day monitoring/servicing issues
• Owns and coordinates the prompt resolution of client issues including reporting
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and provide support to the sales team
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships across all CSAM Investors business areas
• Maintains a knowledge bias towards designated products and acts as a conduit internally for general queries relating to those products
• Takes ownership of the new client on-boarding process for both pooled and separated mandates, liaising with internal and external parties as appropriate
• Provide topical market and strategy updates to sales teams proactively
• Contribution to marketing materials and RFP's
• Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are well educated to make presentation to each of the clients
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators

You Offer
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the financial services industry with a good understanding of client needs
• Excellent communicator able to listen to clients, understand their issues and deal with people at all levels
• Prior experience in financial services or asset management with a natural preference for Alternative exposure
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to develop product and project plans to execute in a collaborative manner with extreme attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations and support assertions with relevant quantitative and qualitative data
• Motivated to deliver first class service, balancing the needs of the client
• Practical awareness of relevant regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese with team members, investment teams and the clients
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint
