Client Services Manager

A new opportunity for a client services expert to manage a small team responsible for supporting clients with all transactions and resolving any issues.


  • Take a lead in establishing policies and procedures for ensuring the effectiveness of the client services team.
  • Set targets for the team to ensure the team supports our clients, delivering optimal service to them.
  • Be proactive in resolving high-level incidents before they become an issue for the client.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure that the team understand the clients requirements and how the bank can support them best.
  • Look for ways to develop systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.

Required skills
  • At least 7 years' experience within financial services with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • At least 3 years' management experience.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.

Preferred skills
  • Experience working within investment or trust banking.

  • Able to manage a team effectively to ensure all team members are trained, motivated and delivering high performance on a consistent basis.
