End User Support / Helpdesk Manager

European luxury brand is looking for an experienced user support / helpdesk professional to lead the local team in Japan.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage the team members, ensuring good service/performance daily.
  • Provide training to team members and end-users.
  • Provide end user support on Windows/Mac, as well as Microsoft/Mac applications.
  • Support installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Establish and maintain standard process for IT issues and incidents. Work with internal members and external vendors to analyze problems and come up with effective solutions.

Required skills
  • 5+ years of experience in end-user / helpdesk support with strong working knowledge of PC / network / server.
  • People/Team management experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
