Working within the INSD Network Section, you will collaborate with experienced network engineers, DevOps specialists, and project managers to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available network services. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multi-vendor environments.
• Manage network lifecycle activities including deployment, upgrades, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure optimization.
• Create and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, configuration backups, and operational procedures.
• Conduct configuration audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve network stability and performance.
• Evaluate new networking technologies and participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) testing for future infrastructure initiatives.
• Troubleshoot medium-to-large-scale network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Provide on-call support for critical network infrastructure when required.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers, tool developers, project managers, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable network services.
• Support automation initiatives through scripting and configuration management where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge equivalent to CCNP or JNCIP certification level.
• Experience managing multi-vendor networking environments and enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Strong troubleshooting experience within medium-to-large enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of enterprise firewalls and network security technologies, including Juniper SRX or equivalent.
• Experience supporting production network environments with high availability requirements.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive approach to identifying infrastructure improvements and preventing recurring issues.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced enterprise environments.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native Level
• English: Conversational Level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certification.
• Experience with public cloud networking, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience developing or maintaining network management and automation tools.
• Scripting or programming experience using Python, Bash, Java, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Experience working in bilingual technical environments supporting global infrastructure.
