Roles/Responsibilities
  • Team management
  • Manage and monitor all L2 technical services across service delivery, helpdesk, etc.
  • Be responsible for IT resource management and allocation in order to meet business needs
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Vendor management
Required skills
  • Broad technical knowledge and experience for systems and operations
  • People management experience
  • Experience leading technical projects
  • Native level Japanese communication skills
Preferred skills
  • Certifications in PMP, ITIL, etc. are an asset
  • Experience with emerging technologies and cloud
