Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps for digital credit and financial technology solutions.
• Lead product specification development and manage the full software release lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and risk management teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable credit platforms.
• Incorporate data analytics, AI technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into product strategy and feature development.
• Oversee product testing, customer support readiness, operational excellence, and continuous product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Proven leadership experience delivering digital credit, lending, underwriting, or fintech products.
• Experience designing backend workflows, business logic, and scalable financial systems.
• Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven credit scoring or intelligent decision-making platforms.
• Experience managing end-to-end product development within agile software environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and product ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• High accountability with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently.

Language Requirements:
