Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a rapidly growing Private Bank in Vaduz, Lichtenstein as it looks to continue increasing the number of high calibre bankers working from the platform. The role has great scope for growth and will enable an entrepreneurial banker to continue developing a client book whilst also assisting with the progression and management of the Private Banking business.

The role has great scope for growth and will enable an entrepreneurial banker to continue developing a client book whilst also assisting with the progression and management of the Private Banking business.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for supporting the Head of Private Banking in both expanding the client base and managing internal processes such as budgets, assessments and integration of new staff
  • Chair relevant task forces, commissions and project teams as well as design and develop new products
  • Create and implement business strategies based on market developments and regulation changes to gain market share
  • Work closely with teams across the group including in HR and head office
  • Role reports into Head of Private Banking

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in private banking as a private banker/relationship manager, ideally with some leadership experience and own client book
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
  • Fluent in German, additional languages would be a plus
  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economy, Law or other related studies
  • Based in Lichtenstein or happy to relocate
