We'll be looking to you to identify overdue accounts, decide appropriate action, and if necessary, negotiate further steps with the clients. In the case of sensitive or complex accounts, you should consult with your supervisor. It will be up to you to monitor a portfolio of Agents and adjust permanent limits in accordance with payment history and operational requirements within the department guidelines.

Annual base salary gross: 15,058.00 - 26,588.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
