We'll be looking to you to act as consultant for EMEA region internal client groups on various compensation programs and policies. This will include but not limited to benchmarking, market research, writing and updating job descriptions, and evaluating jobs. You'll gather data and prepare survey submissions for participation in various external salary compensation surveys. Additionally, you will play an integral part in the year-end compensation review process. You will work closely with HR colleagues globally and will report to the EMEA Compensation Leader.
For such a pivotal role, we expect you to be fluent in English and have a proven experience in compensation program support - you have a good understanding of base compensation and benefits, you've been involved with benchmarking and annual year-end compensation review process already. You are comfortable with numbers and data analysis, bringing intermediate knowledge of MS Excel to the table. Finally, you'll be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Annual base salary gross: 19,987 - 37,033 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
