We'll look to you to investigate and resolve customer complaints and complete Data Privacy Individual Rights activities autonomously, in accordance with internal guidance, and external rules and regulations. You'll analyse the reasons for complaints, identifying and documenting root causes and underlying trends. These will enable you to work with stakeholders and management, to effectively introduce countermeasures, designed to address issues and trends, in order to mitigate the risk of repetition. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive records in relation to both complaint and Data Privacy cases. These will facilitate the production of MI and provide an accurate audit trail evidencing the process to any ADR, Ombudsman Service or regulator, as and when required.
You'll be confident in managing and prioritising your workload, proficient in utilising Microsoft Office, have great problem-solving skills, an analytical mind, and a background in complaint handling or Data Privacy experience in a Financial Services regulated environment. You'll have an empathetic personality, be a strong communicator, fluent in English, with the emphasis on excellent written communication skills. Join us, and let's move money for better

Annual base salary gross: 17,248.00 - 30,544.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
