You will be based in Western Union's Regional Operations Center (ROC) located in Vilnius You will be responsible for completing day-to-day collection processes, make outbound calls to customers, negotiating and collecting unpaid debts. You'll process payments and ensure proper posting for our Accounting team. Additionally, you'll prepare comprehensive case reviews into any disputes, review accounts for placements to 3 rd party collection agencies, and submit and track requests for proof of payments from retail agent locations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in a similar role with online payments, banking, and debt collection
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- The ability to take on responsibility and work successfully in a self-motivated environment
- An enthusiasm for working within a team
- Advantage German language

Annual base salary gross: 12,320 - 21,121 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
