Better starts and ends with the customer
We'll be looking for you to process incoming and outgoing transactions using various methods as well as conduct banking investigations related to transaction processing. You will need to provide consistent, quality service to assist Client Support teams in facilitating customer transactions. To be successful in the position, you'll need to understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance and risk management processes, and other industry specific policy and procedures to support essential responsibilities.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Maintain and exceed targets and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience on a busy team in a client-facing function within the financial services sector

Annual base salary gross: 12,174 - 20,870 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
