As a Product Manager, you'll be leading the development of digital consumer money transfer services offered through Web and Mobile apps running on Western Union's Digital Agent Partnership platform. In particular, you'll be managing the integration of Western Union money transfer services with various internal and third-party systems such as payment processors, fraud risk, and identity verification systems. You will also ensure that Western Union has best-in-class Web and Mobile solutions, which adhere to InfoSec and Privacy standards.
For this role, you will need to have a proven past technical background and experience in managing successful consumer-facing digital products. We expect you to have a solid understanding of web technologies and networking fundamentals, experience working with web services API integrations, the ability to translate customer needs and functional requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for developers, exceptional problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn rapidly. Experience with AWS or other cloud computing service providers is a plus, as also is the experience with InfoSec or mobile app development. On top of technical skills, we are looking for excellent communication, relationship building, leadership skills, and - most importantly - a customer-focused mindset and drive to build best-in-class global products. Annual base salary gross: 31,486- 60,262 Euro
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
