Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
You'll develop use cases and create threat detection logic, rules, and alerting in SIEM and Analytics tools for response by SOC / IR analysts. You'll be tasked to analyse threat information gathered from logs, Intrusion Detection Systems, intelligence reports, vendor sites, and a variety of other sources and recommend rules. You'll work with Threat Intel to identify and recommend new internal and external data sources to develop additional threat detection logic.

You'll need approximately 3 years previous experience configuring alerts, dashboards, and detection content in analytic technologies including: Splunk, Qradar, ArcSight, or Hadoop. You should have strong knowledge of network and/or endpoint monitoring and associated exploitation techniques. You should present ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking

Annual base salary gross: 31,486 - 60,262 Euro

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
